Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight, and shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the courier website or via the link provided.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.
Plugnest is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Any charges due to address change after dispatch will be borne by the customer.

If delivery fails multiple times, the package may be returned to Plugnest.
If the order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
