  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services across India to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the courier website or via the link provided.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.


5. Shipping Address

  • Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Plugnest is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Any charges due to address change after dispatch will be borne by the customer.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails multiple times, the package may be returned to Plugnest.

  • If the order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

  • Plugnest currently ships within India only.

  • International orders are not supported at this time.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

  • In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
